During childhood and adolescence, a varied, balanced, and proportionate nutrition is a key factor for adequate growth and development at these stages.

This period also offers us the opportunity to establish and consolidate a series of healthy dietary habits that will persist throughout the child’s life. In this sense, the school dining room plays an important educational role.

Our goal as educators is to try to get the child to adopt and perpetuate healthy behaviours, and therefore we offer a balanced menu, taking care of both the quality of our products as well as their elaboration and presentation.

A menu that is similar to the rest is offered to early education students, replacing some dishes by another one that suits their age.

On the other hand, students with special dietary needs, food allergies or other circumstances, will have an individual menu adapted to each case.
